Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your Loop earplugs and all original packaging securely inside a shipping envelope or box.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
